Some more incredible news for April: I’ll be playing not for once, but twice at “IMPACT! XXII“
Impact is one of the more popular local circuit events in Sapporo, put on by event coordinator Wess and local radio station North Wave. This will be my first time playing at the event, and indeed my first time actually getting to go! Not only that, but I’ll be playing support for the incredible Nagoya artist Mikiko Suzuki from the duo Suzuku Mikiko Zu.
I first met the pair all the way back in 2014 while they were on tour here in Sapporo, and I immediately fell in love with their music. I couldn’t be more honored to have been asked to step in for this show, and I can honestly say I’m already super nervous and freaking out a little bit. We actually got to meet up this past weekend while I was in Nagoya!
I’ll also be heading back to the stage (or rather, not leaving it) to play with the always fun Tsukisamu Mutton Network, coincidentally the reason I was in Nagoya this past weekend. So, needless to say, it’s going to be a busy and amazing day.
